IPL preparations in Chhattisgarh: RCB presents jersey to Chief Minister Shri Sai
Initiative to host IPL in Raipur: RCB extends special invitation to Chief Minister Shri Sai
Raipur, / Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) formally invited Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai to the proposed IPL match in Raipur by presenting him with the team’s official jersey. RCB Vice President Shri Rajesh Menon and BCCI Joint Secretary Shri Prabhtej Singh Bhatia were present on the occasion.
Welcoming the initiative, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that hosting international-level sporting events in Chhattisgarh would boost enthusiasm for sports among youth, strengthen sports infrastructure, and give the state a new identity on the national sports map. He said the State Government is fully committed to extending all possible support for the promotion of sports and young talent. The proposal is being seen as an important step towards establishing Raipur as an emerging sports destination.
